Residential - Loft Conversion

We were approached by this client to measure the existing First Floor and attic space to see if the attic space could be converted into a study or children's playroom.

This project hasn't yet gone for detailed design so the drawings are only for Approval/Comment.

As you can see from the render, the attic can be a light and spacious area.
